Whether it is a Parent Massage, Prenatal/Postnatal Massage, Movement practice or Yoga session she will create a personalized experience that meets that the needs of her clients. Inspired by a variety of methods and modalities, she culls techniques from her extensive studies, training, teaching and practice. Her wish is for her students and clients to discover that there is no one way, but many ways— and for them to cultivate the autonomy necessary to discover what works most intelligently for them.

She is passionate about helping clients feel better in their bodies through a variety of methods including guided breath work, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Release. Nicole doesn’t believe in fragilizing the human body especially during pregnancy. She believes the human body is resilient, responsive and adaptable and her goal is to work with clients for them to tap into that awareness. As a yoga teacher she delights in creating creative, intelligent, preparatory sequences for her students that prime them to develop a personal yoga practice built on a strong foundation of body awareness— and, perhaps more importantly, to move with fluency in all contexts.

“I believe that the way you move matters and affects the way you feel,” she says. “I want to help people breathe with less restriction, move with more ease— and find joy and humor in the process.”

Nicole graduated Summa cum laude with a 4.0 from the Swedish Institute. Soon after she begin working with prenatal and postnatal clients and quickly realized that she had found her passion. She then went on to earn her certification in Bodywork for Childbearing Cycle: Prenatal and Postpartum. Her love for teaching has extended into the college space where she is currently a college instructor teaching popular courses in Kinesiology and Anatomy.
